A six-week Culinary Objectives for Reaching Employment (CORE) program, a four-week fast-track program in our mobile culinary classroom and a supervisory training program. We also sponsor a sous chef apprenticeship program Classes are led by chefs and social services professionals.
Our programs, except our apprentice programs, are completely free-of-cost to all students. Students have the ability to receive up to $400 a month in incentives, and there are no educational requirements to enroll. The program runs Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
